- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Refunds include the original delivery cost (if applicable).
